Eligibility
As a Gousto customer, you can…
- Refer multiple friends — up to 20 new friends every month from the first day of the calendar month to the last day. The limit resets on the first day of the next month.
- Only have one Gousto account (which must have a problem-free history). You can’t refer yourself!
- Find your unique referral code by going to ‘Free Food’ in the app or gousto.co.uk/my-referrals on the Gousto website.
Please make sure your friend is happy to hear about this offer from Gousto before you refer them.
Referred friends can…
- Join Gousto as a referred friend if they’ve never made (or paid) for an order. They can start referring their own friends as soon as they have a Gousto account.
- Use their percentage discount on their Gousto boxes for 2 months ( the discount does not apply to delivery fees and surcharge items)

When referring friends, Gousto customers...
Referred friends…
- Get a percentage discount off their boxes, which will be shown in the 'free food' page on the Gousto app or website when logged in
- Can be referred either by following the unique referral link they receive from their friend which populates the friend’s unique referral code at checkout, or by entering their friend’s unique referral code at checkout
About the reward
- Any Gousto credit applied to your account has no official monetary value and can’t be exchanged, transferred, redeemed, replaced or refunded for proper cash.
- It lasts for 3 months without a purchase.
- Can’t be transferred from person to person.
What if…
- Will I still get credit if my friend cancels their order? No, your credit is only applied after the point that your friend can no longer cancel their order (3 days before delivery).
- Someone closes their account? Any leftover rewards will be lost.
- Gousto decides to gift a discount or make an exception to the Terms and Conditions? This is rare but referral rewards are variable at our discretion. In such instances the Terms and Conditions remain unchanged for all other instances.
- Rules or incentives change or end? It’s not often, but this can happen. If it does, Gousto will reflect the changes here.
- We reserve the right to offer different discounts to customers at any one time from time to time. Details of your discount will be set out in the communications you received from us and on the ‘free food’ page in the Gousto app or website when logged into your account
- A referred friend or referring account holder has questions? Gousto will reply and any decisions made will be at Gousto’s sole discretion.
