Discount Offer (the “Offer”) T&Cs

1. Eligibility and Definitions:

1.1 To participate in the Offer, you must:

1.1.1 be an “Eligible Customer” (as defined below); and

1.1.2 comply with all the Terms and Conditions set out herein.

1.2 “Eligible Customer” means: (i) you are a customer of Gousto or have previously been a customer of Gousto; (ii) you do not currently have an active discount; (iii) you signed up to a Gousto account prior to 22 May 2024; (iv) you are opted-in to receiving promotional Gousto marketing emails; (v) you ordered at least four Gousto boxes in any of the calendar months from and including June to August 2024; and (vi) you have not indicated that you are not interested in Southeast Asian cuisine. 

1.3 “Offer” means the discount offer for which an Eligible Customer may be eligible and is notified of in the Gousto app and/or via email, which is described in these Terms and Conditions.

1.4 “Box Target Period” means the 4 week period, commencing on 21 September 2024 and ending on 18 October 2024, in which an Eligible Customer has to reach their Box Target.

1.4 “Terms and Conditions” means the terms and conditions set out herein which govern the Offer.  

1.5 To qualify for the Offer, you must be a resident in England, Wales, Northern Ireland or Scotland, and be 18 years of age or older to access this Offer.

2. The Offer

2.1 If you are automatically enrolled in the Offer as an Eligible Customer, you will receive instructions via email on 11 September 2024 and instructions in the Gousto app on 12 September 2024 instructing you that you will need to order and have delivered to you one box each week that includes a recipe from the “Southeast Asia” range during the Box Target Period four weeks in a row (the “Box Target) in order then to qualify for a subsequent Discount (as defined below). One box must be delivered to you in each of the following 4 week periods: 21 September to 27 September 2024; 28 September to 4 October 2024; 5 October to 11 October 2024; and 12 October to 18 October 2024 in order to qualify for the Discount (with each respective week long period being a “Box Target Week”).

3. Redeeming the Discount

3.1 If you meet all the requisite conditions to qualify for a subsequent Discount (as defined below), you will receive an email and a notification in the Gousto app which will contain instructions for redeeming that discount. You will have until 12 November 2024 to redeem your discount. Once redeemed, such discount (the “Discount”) will then apply to all boxes that are delivered to you within 30 days of redeeming that discount (such 30-day period being the “Discount Period”), subject to paragraph 3.2 below.

3.2 The Discount cannot be combined with any other discounts and does not apply to delivery fees, any surcharge items or any items sold in the Gousto Market. 

3.3 Once your discount has been claimed, you will be able to see on the Gousto app that your Discount Period has commenced. You cannot carry forward the Discount beyond the Discount Period.

3.4 For the avoidance of doubt, orders made and confirmed but delivered beyond each of the respective Box Target Weeks will not count towards the Box Target set out at paragraph 2.1, and you will therefore not be entitled to the Discount.

4. About the Offer

4.1 The Offer applies only to the logged-in account.

4.2 We reserve the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Offer and/or the Discount where it becomes necessary to do so.
